Tim Lockner is very meticulous and always professional. He is very honest with options to fix our furnace or air conditioner problems. Tim is the only person I would call. He has given us excellent service for the past 25 years!

Tim was very thorough and told us in detail the issues with our washer and the impacts of attempting to fix an older model. The motor was out and our washer was at least 15 years old, so fixing the motor and hoping other items wouldn't break when no parts may be available didn't seem like the best option. Tim also provided good options for a next washer as well.
Kept us updated on when part would arrive. Promptly installed it. Made sure it was all working. EXCELLENT service!
