The home builder improperly installed a live wire into a location in the wall that caused a fire hazard. The wire got damaged during a TV mount installation due to the improper location of the wire. I message The Local Electrician late at night and still received a response that they would be there the next morning to assess the issue. They came on schedule, explained everything thoroughly, and quoted me a reasonable price. They provided a same day service and rewired 2 rooms to prevent the hazard in the future. I advised them that I really did not want to have holes cut in the wall because I had just moved in. They were able to complete the job in a timely manner (<2 hours) without cutting open the wall. If I ever have a need for an electrician in the future I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.
Sean and Andy did a wonderful job. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss the issues and explain solutions and other insight. We did a full replacement of smoke detectors across my entire home. I had a great experience and will be using them on future projects. I highly reccomend the Local Electrician and especially Andy! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and properly explained: he was also quick in getting the work done but still doing a quality job. The pricing was reasonable as well. Not to mention that I was able to get an appointment the day after calling (which was more due to my own schedule, they were able to come out the same day). From start to finish, it was a great experience!
