Jason was very personable and knowledgeable he provided information if issue occurred again that would help Doc dancer and myself if needed to call back! It’s always a pleasure to work with individuals such as he! Thank you Jason my day wasn’t the best your personality and kindness made it better! Updated for service 7/23/25 Nate was very personable and professional! He provided quality over quantity and I enjoyed that! Update! Called and spoke with Ron due to furnace not coming on he was very polite and personable! He was on top of it to get a technician out to me today, which comes to Jennifer one of the most pleasant energy persons I've had in my home! Thank you Jennifer for all you did today and the job you so to make others lives better. She completed everything today things that would have been an issue later from today's problem not all would have taken the time. That meant a lot when you put money into something and someone really invest rather than I came by looked semi fixed and left. I have not regretted doc dancer. I dnt believe I will have to say I do!!!!
Andy identified the source of the blower problem and addressed a second cooling issue I brought up after he arrived. Very through and knowledgeable.
I have been using Doc Dancer for many years now including, A/C, furnace and ductless unit. Nate was technician for the spring service to check everything for the warm weather. Arrived earlier than planned which was great. He completed the service as planned but also took care of a drain issue with my trap and gave me some advise on a couple other issues. I ended up needing a repair on the A/C unit. Typically i would call around but they have consistently been the best option, so we went forward ans got it done during his visit. His time and input were very much appreciated.
Daniel is probably the best service technician i have ever had to deal with. Definitely need more like him!!
Caleb was very professional and much appreciated , especially since the weather was so. bad today. He completed the job and our furnace is heating and warming our house. Thank you Doc Dancer for having capable professional available when needed.
Jack was an excellent plumbing technician and had our new water heater, salt tank and carbon filter system done in a few hours. Tony the manager was also there and was very professional in any recommendations. They were on time and respectful. I will always recommend Doc Dancer for future needs.
Very pleased with service from Doc Dancer and today’s technician Miguel. When scheduling the annual service of my generator I always request Miguel! He is very knowledgeable and professional!
