Andy was courteous, professional, and knowledgable. Something we especially appreciated was how he returned everything to the way it was on his arrival. We have a removable fence screening off our AC unit, and he took extra effort and time to make sure it was replaced before he left. We are quite satisfied with his work.
Jennifer was very helpful. Answered all my questions. Showed pictures of what she did to the air conditioning unit, even left some written instructions if something goes wrong with our thermostat. I would say she was excellent and I would request her to come back.
