Great service today from Mr D. We are fixed up. Excellent company to work with. I just had another great Benjamin’s Franklin plumbing experience with Russell and Mr D. They are getting me set up. Charles went above and beyond. He was professional, courteous, respectful, and very skilled.

First of all, Steve was the individual that performed all work. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (BFP) does not have him in the selection of individuals that work for BFP. Steve did a fantastic job, I learn things about the fuctions of my shower valves that I did not know. He answered all question to my satisfaction. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I'm calling BFP and Steve. Thanks for the fantastic job!

Fast to get here and quick install

Ben and Tristin came to repair a outside faucet leak. They were ON TIME, CLEAN, POLITE, WORKED FAST, FRIENDLY and EFFICIENT. I was most pleased and will use them in the future.

Hired Mr D to fix lift station. He determined the lift station was working fine and didn’t need any repairs. He didn’t charge me for digging to see it. My only cost was what I chose to tip him for his trouble. He could have told me the lift station needed work when it didn’t and I would have paid for nothing. On honest man.

Called multiple times to have our water temp and pressure fixed on our house and the past 2 times were unsuccessful but Mr.D came out 1 time and knew exactly what to do even before seeing it in person. He was prompt and very nice. Great customer service and of course fixed all these issues we had in like 20 min. Im beyond pleased and hope to see him on any other issues we may have.
