I want to thank the crew that came out on Monday to install new duct work and a new drain line for the exceptional job they call did. They were professional and knowledgeable and were done by noon. They were also in time. I now have a good flow of air and heat flowing out of all my vents where before very little was flowing out of two of my rooms. American Comfort solutions has worked on my home heating and a/c system for years. They have replaced the whole heating unit and the outside a/c unit and they have always done nothing but excellent work. I also own a rental house and American Comfort Solutions has replaced the heating unit there and has done other work on the unit as well. Again, always prompt, excellent service. The techs are knowledgeable and do what they say they'll do each time after discussing options available with me. A great company with personal service from all employees and even at times from the owner himself. Integrity, accountability and commitment to great service best describe these folks.

Jefferson came to my house greeted me with a smile shook my hand very courteous, he is one of the technicians that they need to keep around for a long time. he came to explain to me everything he was doing showed me the parts of the air conditioning unit that I didnt know about to explain what I could do to keep it clean and how to take it apart and clean it and replace the filters mine were clogged 100% barely getting air through it, he called me to listen to all my babble, he worked while I talked. He knew what he was doing, checked my pressures, wore his little booties on his feet even when I told him he didnt have to! Was very courteous on phone on time for appointments did not keep me waiting my house is cool again ready for winter I trust their work and I thank them for everything they did.
