Yet another update...12/15/25, Chris might as well have his own spot at the table at this point. Another problem or 2 found and another problem or 2 solved. Also, you get 5 star service from 5 star Paige (sp?), I hope Tommie gives her the biggest fruit cake ever. Update...Another 5 stars for Chris! Black Friday 2025, I submitted a service request early in the morning for a leak. By 3 pm my problem is solved and Thank God for warranties! Dotsun (sp?) , Chris and Sergeii are a great bunch of guys. They got here on time expecting to give an estimate, inspected the entire system and pointed out other issues that we definitely wanted resolved. They probably weren't ready for a few hours of labor and a $3800 job at first, but they were glad to do it and did the job right.
Ben was very nice and professional. I appreciate that he was able to take care of me on the same afternoon I called. Overall good experience. I would recommend Tommies for any plumbing needs!!!
Mark was very professional, very patient and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the repair work he did. My sink would not drain and he spend time making sure the job was done properly. Excellent service!

Michael is a great plumber!! He went above and beyond and even helped my husband and nephew bury our cat!!! If you have a leak or plumbing need... Tommies's Plumbing is the one to call!!! Michael isn't a choice when you pick your plumber that took care of you!!
Had a mysterious leak causing my water bill to keep going up. Gave Tommies a call and they scheduled me right away. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Shout out to Chris and Mike! Mike was polite and was very customer oriented. He showed me everything he was going to do, took pictures, explained everything in detail and answered any and all my questions or concerns. Turns out I had a bad water heater leak and the flapper on one of toilets was leaking as well. Mike and Serigay explained the process and got it done professionally and proficiently! Job WELL done fellas!!! Serigay slacked off some but Mike squared him away. lol just kidding. He’s a good man.
Just want to give out a great big shout out to Michael and Austin. We were in a mess at our house with sump pump, water heater and a regulator valve. Tommies plumbing and these 2 employees came to our rescue. Every step was very professional. Start to finish. Thank you..
Chris made sure before starting on my faucet that the problem wasn’t being caused by another source. Once it was clear that it was the faucet, he had it repaired in very quick order. Very professional and courteous, as well.
Quick response, super nice and knowledgeable techs. Very reasonable price. I had some damage from the recent freeze, they were able to get everything taken care of in one visit. I will be calling them again!

Fast response to our request for help with a hot water tank problem. Two friendly techs arrived soon after and three hours later we had a new tank installed and hot water again, plus a maintenance agreement. Job well done and good value.
