I had an emergent leak in my home, when I called late into the day they were wonderful and schedule a tech to come out the next day and take a look. Michael came out to take the first look and was so good about explaining what was happening and helping me decide on the right course of action. Today, I want to say Chris is who I spoke to first, came out to do the repairs. They had a few gentlemen with them and all were kind and considerate of my home. I will forever go to Tommies when Im in need of plumbing repairs.

Fast response to our request for help with a hot water tank problem. Two friendly techs arrived soon after and three hours later we had a new tank installed and hot water again, plus a maintenance agreement. Job well done and good value.
