Felix did a thorough check of our plumbing system. And from the moment he introduced himself snd put his shoe covers on he was as very kind fab listener and considerate of our home. He discovered a significant safety issue with our hot water tank and we took his advice and because of age of unit had Felix install a new one. I would highly recommend Felix and the Salt Company for any plumbing and a/c needs. We are members of the Salt Company for a minimum monthly fee which covers maintenance and trip fees. Also the team at SALT from the scheduler/receptionist to other staff- Matt and especially the Bryans where very professional and considerate of our situation. Thank you to all! Justin Carlyle came out to our house to flush out our water heaters. He was extremely thorough in his assessment and asked questions regarding our plumbing and also answered all our questions. He gave great feedback about what was a concern. While flushing out our water heaters he took pictures and noted areas of concern. He sat down with us and showed us a video which we went through not just our water heaters but of our bathrooms and outside plumbing (for example checking our water pressure). Carlyle’s knowledge and professionalism helped us make those difficult decisions easier and so it was time to replace the water heaters. He was able to have them scheduled to replace both water heaters the very next day. Brian senior and Levi came to our house to install our new water heaters. They got to work right away. If we had any questions or saw any concerns they addressed them. Once they were finished they cleaned up, showed us the new installed water heaters and explained the work they had completed. They were very polite, extremely hardworking, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

SALT came to the rescue for us walking into a major flooding emergency after a vacation.
