Oggie Ochirjav & Sergie Oyunbold both worked together to replace our old furnace w/a new Carrier Comfort Furnace Elite-Despite some problems they worked 9-10 hours to complete the installation so that my wife & I had heat in our home for the first time in 3-4 days during some very cold temps!?!-THANXS!!!-Really appreciate their efforts & Alex's help in deciding what furnace would best meet our needs!!-Sincerely, Dee & Jon Schaus
