Chris came out and worked on some plumbing for me. Very professional and had a quote for me before any work was done. He walked me through what was going on and what my options were. Very happy with the service and work provided.
Tyler was rude and condescending from his first interactions with us. He pretended to do work under our sink and was swearing the entire time, but appeared to use no tools. He then quoted us 2k to replace our entire kitchen array and stated it was the only thing that could be done. 2k for a clogged sink!!!! When we said that was not what we are looking for since we just have a basic sink clog, he insinuated that we were cheapskates. When we indicated that we would be seeking quotes from other vendors, he acted aggressively and stated that plumbing costs have gone up and we should just "realize it" and then negatively referenced my age and said something about how you can't get by with doing things "on the cheap" like maybe when YOU were young (I am only 52, so I'm not quite ready to be put out to pasture, nor do I have unreasonable expectations for modern costs) . We have done business with Dan Wood for years, but based upon how horribly Tyler treated us during today's interaction, we will not ever do business with them again.

After being rescheduled this company again provedthey were worth waiting for. He did an excellent job explaining how to care for our 15 year old system and keep it running.
Im very happy with Stephen. He was able to troubleshoot the problem. He educated me on many products and ways to maintain my well and softener. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. You have a new customer for as long as I'm here.
