Eli Fox was the best of all the technicians I have encountered. My husband is 80 years old and I am turning 78 years old and Eli was extremely kind to us, made sure we understood everything and reviewed everything with us very impressed with his knowledge of the mechanics of our house equipment. Josh was very prompt and professional looking; he went straight to work and completed the job within 30min. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need, but he did inform me of things I should be aware of.

JOSH was super. Very thorough. He spotted a potential for future leaks and fixed it before it was a problem. I have enjoyed all my contacts with JD SErvice now. I have gotten a water heater and new heat pump with them. I am a member and find they respond to phone calls very promptly, offer me options, and provide very good service at a competitive price. company needs to improve on arrival time window. In april 2025 when you did the A/C check, my service day was delayed by an entire day. On 10/6 you did the Heating check for service time window 11 to 2pm. tech arrived a bit after 2.

Richard did a great job resolving a critical issue on pressure, replacing defective expansion tank, valve etc. I have 4 houses, and contracted elec, plumb and HVAC service this year. They are definitely multiple steps above other contractor services. Highly recommend them.
