Aris S. was very respectful and professional. He found the problem with my outside water spigot and fixed it rather quickly. I would definitely recommend him. I think the repair was quite expensive but I didn’t compare prices so I really don’t know.

Brian did a thorough and professional job of checking our home electrical system. He was kind, patient, and didn’t try to upsell us on any items. We did have him replace our downstairs overhead lights, which had been a source of past problems. We highly recommend him and his parent company.

The issue was with the thermostat that had been installed earlier this year. I learned from Bobby that the brand installed then had a known issue with shorting out. I would have appreciated JD Service Now taking a proactive approach and replacing the faulty thermostat rather than waiting for it to fail.

the JD service was real good high and really satisfied with the work my wife just passed away and I had a leak, I could not do it myself because of my heart condition, but JD service technician dude excellent work I will truly recommend him thank you
