Andrew's task was to inspect our electrical system. He checked both panels, our power unit to out septic system, our power to our HVAC systems, and our electrical receptacles. He arrived as scheduled, got right to work and completed the inspection in a reasonable amount of time. Andrew is a friendly technician who knew his stuff. Another job-well-done by JD Service Now.
Nico came out on a weekend and helped us out by unplugging a clogg. He also took time to answer all my son's questions about his cool equipment. The next visit Richard came and found the cause and fixed it same day. Overall a very helpful and friendly service.

Brad has a good personality. Is very knowledgeable of the HVAC industry which allows him to offer different solutions to your heating and cooling issues in your house. Very thorough. With this being a big financial decision, I didn't feel that Brad was pushy with his sales approach. This is much appreciated.

Andrew Aris was great! Unfortunately we have a cracked tub and a bunch of water damage. Aris explained to me what I have to do next as this will be a home owners insurance claim. Extremely happy with the service today.

As before, he was professional yet pleasant to talk with. Very concerned about my smelling a gas odor and thoughly tested all fittings.
Richard Josh came out on time and flushed the hot water tank as requested. I also requested that he switch out the plastic drain valve to a brass fitting for safer and more efficient flushing in the future as we have a hard water well. He did it in a timely manner and the work quality looked good.
Don was extremely knowledgeable about our electrical needs. He took the time to explain our options without making us feel ignorant. Excellent service.

No offense to Bradley but I regret not having the time/taking more time to get quotes for the service, as it was very expensive, and I gave serious thought to scrapping the work and returning the equipment. Bradley did good work , though I wish he had pointed out one area from the old sink that didn’t clean up well. He showed proper regard for me and my home. He did leave the cover to the water main uncovered and forgot his T tool when he left; it is outside of my garage should you wish to retrieve it. Again, price is my only drawback with using your service. Any fault is on me for continuing with the work.

My toilet in my 100 year old house started to leak in a big way. I called JD Service and there was a Professional repair man at my door in less than an an hour. He gave me a quote and stuck to it completing the repair in about an hour. I have recommended this company to my Neighborhood listserve as well. Will Stuart was the Plumber.
Vessi and Zach came out today, I took advantage of the October special for inspection of our house plumbing system. I was unable to have the furnace flush performed due the age of the furnace and the fact it had never been flushed before. They were professional and thorough and answered any questions I had. Vessi was able to locate our outside meter which had disappeared into the landscaping years ago . It’s also really wonderful to see women entering these fields. Zach explained new furnace options and answered my questions about whole house water filter systems. We know who to call when the time comes. Well done.

Matt did a great job. He was courteous, responsive and a real professional. I have to add, though, I have never had staff from JD do anything less than near perfection. That's based on 15+ years of service from the firm.
