I am speechless with Andrew’s work performance. First, my husband asked why the smoke detectors keep chirping, the answer from Andrew, because they’re almost 20 years old. Second, we have had an outdoor outlet that has NEVER worked. We’ve had electricians come out over the years for various jobs and have asked for their help. Each time (3 different electricians) we were told that it’s not possible (it’s in brick, there isn’t a line for it, etc...). Andrew said he knew what the issue was and for the first time since 2007 we have an outdoor outlet that’s functional. Then, his last step was to check the breakers. We’re so glad he did, there was so much heat out of one breaker it melted!!! Now, how would we have known that could even happen. He saved us from a possible electrical fire (but now I have WORKING smoke detectors). And yes, he replaced all of our hard, wired smoke detectors as well as ensuring our safety with the damaged breakers before leaving for the day. Wow!!! I don’t believe 5 stars are enough.

the JD service was real good high and really satisfied with the work my wife just passed away and I had a leak, I could not do it myself because of my heart condition, but JD service technician dude excellent work I will truly recommend him thank you

Mark came in the morning and very efficiently installed my new dishwasher. It was a bad day for me though, since Justin had to come in the same afternoon and fix our basement Heat/AC issues. Justin figured out the problem quickly and all was good. Other plumbing and AC companies I called were 2 weeks out, but JD was 1 week out for plumbing and SAME DAY for AC. They have always done a great job for me, always giving options. Highly recommend.
