I recently had an additional service call by John W from JD Service Now. He was a most unusual plumbing technician: Friendly professional, and creative in solving a faucet problem: assessing the problem, returning to local hardware to Dremel a unique washer to firmly fix the loose faucet. I was most impressed? JD Service technician ADAM provided outstanding service: professional, knowledgeable with a warm outgoing personality to boot! At this point (subsequent to the above work done by ADAM) I was fortunate to have THERON arrive to replace PRV, corroded valves and replace bathroom sink faucets. JD is fortunate to have Theron - he is personable and courteous, and worked very hard with some recalcitrant values. We are very pleased with his work - thank you Theron! Additional work (months later) by JD's technician (Sophie) was, as above, timely arrival for leak - repaired effectively and with same personable service. Thank you JD Service! Just completed a call f by Chris W — he was terrific! Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Thanks JD Now we’re on to replacing a n intermittently working 20yr old tankless water heater. Aris and Mattdid a fine job: professional and personable; easily approachable and welcomed my input. Installing a basement dehumidifier with power and ducting work in 20k cu’ space. Fortunate that professional & polite Christopher could find an immediate opening- and also very fortunate to have Shane spend all day making the system work superbly. William provided timely assist and all is well. Thank you Shane, William and JD! JD had a v fine electrician in Brian who went way above & beyond with added drywall repair after installing a 15amp circuit. Thank you Brian L.!
Vessi arrived cheerfully on time for our annual plumbing check up. She was personable and knowledgeable about many issues. She and a partner installed our new water heater without problems. I'm a happy customer.
Excellent service from Greg at JDServiceNow. He answered all my questions, figured out toilet leak issues and found how the water was impacting seals on sinks and toilets. He explained everything he did. He was very friendly and courteous. 1-5-26 Excellent service today from Brian. He checked all of our electrical systems and explained what he was looking for and what to expect. He told us what could happen in the future and gave us info to deal with it. Gave us a thorough analysis of our system and made recommendations. 1-7-2026. Great service today from Vessi. She explained everything the she would do in addition to draining our water heater. She took the time to give us a complete plumbing system check and explained all she did. 3-13. Casey did a great job. Fixed a problem with our furnace. Found the problem quickly and verified that it worked correctly. He answered all my questions. Quick response from JD Service to my call.
Brad has a good personality. Is very knowledgeable of the HVAC industry which allows him to offer different solutions to your heating and cooling issues in your house. Very thorough. With this being a big financial decision, I didn't feel that Brad was pushy with his sales approach. This is much appreciated.
Dre was great! He checked everything in our pretty new HVAC and even showed me pictures of what it all looked like. Would highly recommend!
