Hunter I had originally called for a repair that was done efficiently in and without incident. But in addition to that, Caleb went above and beyond making sure my system was working correctly. He even screwed in the metal piece that holds my filter which may seem simple but for someone that can barely use a drill, this was a tremendous unexpected help..
Caleb Sam and Doug worked well together to get the installation completed. (DIDNT see Doug's name on the list)..We also enjoyed talking with them. Fine young men.

We have been a customer of Schneller and now Schneller & Knochelmann for many years. We continue to be impressed with their service personnel and now with their Comfort Specialist, John Snowden. He checked out our existing AC/Heating system, duck work and electrical panel. He prepared and thoroughly explained a replacement system for us. He answered all out questions in the level of detail that we could understand and felt comfortable with. This is a GREAT company. Thank you. Update: Over the past few days we had our furnace and AC replaced by Mark Heinzelman and today Dan Nicely installed our water heater. It is very obvious to me that Schneller & Kochelmann hire the very best. These folks did an excellent job, they arrived on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and very hard working. I have nothing but high praise for all of the employees that we have had contact with. Once again, I think this is a GREAT company.

Schneller & knochelman We have been working with this company for a few years now. Our technician today was Spencer Head he was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.
The phone calls and texts allowed me to plan to be there for my technician. They also called me to ask if the technician could come earlier. Kyle arrived and was well groomed with Schneller & Knochelmann logos on his apparel. He was friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He gave me good feedback before and after service, making recommendations on what was best for our home heating and safety. He sat down with me and actually explained how the furnace works and how certain elements do break down over years. We are very happy with our service with Schneller & Knochelmann.
So nice to have John Knocklemann in my home. We not only talked about the Furnace, but John was very personable, and a comfort to talk to a gentleman that understood our needs.
John The technicians showed up as promised, took out the old furnace/air conditioner and installed a new one. They were professional and took extra time showing me how the new "Nest" thermostat works, very helpful. Left the basement cleaner than when they arrived.
All the techs I have used are friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment. Luckily it was something simple and we are ready to enjoy hot water again. Thanks Eric!!
These guys always do a phenomenal job. They swapped out both the furnace and AC the next day that the decision was made to replace them. On a Saturday to boot. The work they do is always top notch.
Yesterday afternoon we came home to the water heater leaking. Schneller had a service man out within 1 hour and 3 hours later had a new water heater installed. Great service!!

I called on a Holiday and they were here in no time . Very professional and extremely nice. Our repairman was David P. , he was very informative and helpful . This company answered a service call that could have ruined our Holiday when nobody else would.I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family .
