Great quality work. He showed up on time. Answered all of my questions. He also communicated with me well and showed me the problems.
It was easy to schedule an appointment and they communicated when they were headed to my house. Chandler took the time to let me know what he was doing and explained. He was courteous, respectful, and funny. This isn't the first time I've used First Call Jewel and it won't be the last. The transparency, honesty, and accountability of the tradesmen make for a great experience each and every time.

May 2025: A positive experience with Ryan discussing options for deck mounted tub fixtures. Very personable and a can-do attitude with a difficult job. Work is pending Winter 2024: The tech did diagnostic at reasonable price and was personable and knowledgeable about my boiler. He expressed that he wanted to do what was best for me. I felt no pressure. He will send me a bid on my options going forward. I Would highly recommend.
Jon replaced our 22 year old furnace with a new furnace. The take out and replacement went very well. Did not appear to be a very easy job but he cruised right throughout. Very personable and got me set up on how to run the new system.
Finally got heat and a new thermostat after a week of 2other technician.Devan finally listened to me and did what I asked. I have heat after a week of none.
