My technicians Seth and Tomas were great. I couldn't be happier with the service the provided. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. They went above and beyond. When I asked about their service programs, I found out I was eligible for their "HERO" plan, because I was a retired teacher. This includes FREE Furnace and AC tune ups twice a year for current and retired military, medical providers and teachers! They handed my check back to me. What an awesome company. I highly recommend. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and explained everything. This is a great company that really cares about their customers. We needed help with our AC unit quickly last summer when it went out and we were referred to One Hour Heating & AC and we were very happy with their service. The technician was very polite and professional and he was able to fix the unit quickly. We have continued to use them since and we will continue so. They are a great company and working with them is very easy and stress free.

He was very nice and helpful and nice to talk to he came to diagnose my heater and he informed me it’s done the inside is all clogged up and needs to be replaced.
Tomas was great. He balanced out the heat throughout the house. He explained everything to me and showed me photos of what he had fixed in the attic. It was a pleasure during business with him.

Perfect service. Andre and his apprentice were both wonderful!! 10+ for them. Andre took great care in everything he did and took his time going through options with me. Only reason for 8 instead of 10 for company recommendation was that the replacement system price seemed high, but might be good - I’ll need to compare the details of it (warranty, etc) vs a competitor quote to decide.
