Just had my heater repaired by One Hour. They inspected it and ordered the needed parts last week, and today (Saturday), the same technician, Erick L., returned to install the parts and clean the fan mechanism. He’s really knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The price was very reasonable too. Even better, they’re Veteran friendly. When it’s AC tune up time, I’ll be calling them.

Andre was the ultimate professional. He called me on the way out to my home and gave me the ETA. He examined my thermostat and the problems I had with it. The furnace is 51 years old and he was able to connect the new smart thermostat with ease. He also stayed around and made sure that we were able to use the Wi-Fi and connect that with the thermostat. That was way above and beyond the call of duty and we were very grateful that he was that generous and thoughtful. A very nice young man. On a scale of 1-10 Andre was a 15...!!!
