Tomas was here to fix the heater on Monday 1-26-26. He fixed a part, extended another so that it would be in code and actually fixed my draft hood which had seen better days to boot. Great work
Daniel has a great talent both in his skills and customer cares. He explains what's going on and what could happen later if not be taken care. I am much more comfortable with Daniel.
Highly personable and articulate skilled and knowledgeable. That was already in the box when I signed in. Somebody else wrote that. But it's accurate. Seth also carefully explained just what it was that is affecting my system. His equipment and service vehicle was tidy and organized. He cleaned up my system's work area better than it appeared before he arrived. I was pleased to recommend Seth to my next-door neighbors for their system.
My technicians Seth and Tomas were great. I couldn't be happier with the service the provided. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very respectful. They went above and beyond. When I asked about their service programs, I found out I was eligible for their "HERO" plan, because I was a retired teacher. This includes FREE Furnace and AC tune ups twice a year for current and retired military, medical providers and teachers! They handed my check back to me. What an awesome company. I highly recommend. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and explained everything. This is a great company that really cares about their customers. Erick L. performed a tuneup on my furnace and I was very satisfied with the work he did. Using photos, he thoroughly described the condition my furnace was in and gave his recommendations of how to keep my furnace in good shape. I'll be requesting to have Erick work on my furnace and A/C if I ever have the need.
