It starts with their office staff Michelle and other ladies who are always customer friendly and ready to meet your needs. They will work around your schedule to make sure there is a speedy solution to your problem(s). Their AC and Heating team will now take your overall experience to another level of excellence. They will walk you through every step that is needed to solve the problem. That brings us to Pete Ramos who was the last technician to service our yearly maintenance plan. His technician skills and customer service was over the top which is one more example to the high standards that Climate Magic strives for. In the past 21 years we have referred numerous friends and family members to have a better experience staying cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
