Kevin was courteous, helpful, and understanding of the situation. We thank him for his professionalism and for coming to our home on a Sunday to remediate our flooding problem caused by a broken water heater.

Today I had Brandon, Pedro & Israel empty a pod that I had in my driveway since March. Initially New Method helped with my remediation from a flood that I had in March. Back then they carefully stored my items into the pod and today they carefully put the items back in my basement. These three men were very professional, courteous and careful. I definitely recommend New Method Restoration. They are the best and always take care of the customer. Shout out also to Dustin who arranged everything for me.

I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful this company is, but what makes the company is the people with in it. We had a horrible sewage back up that affected our whole basement. Cris and Daniel came in and immediately first put us at ease which we needed because we were very stressed And not sure what was going to happen. They took care of every single detail. I mean every single one they contacted our insurance company. They scheduled the cleaning for that very same night, and when asbestos was found a team was called in to abate the asbestos. Every single person we worked with from the team that moved the furniture to the team that cleaned the team that did the basement our project managers, and even the office staff have been so kind, professional, caring, understanding and just for lack of words amazing. Would give them 10 stars if I could. I want to thank them so much for all the work they’ve done for us and most of all just for caring about us as a family and insisting on getting this right.

A+++ in all aspects. Could not recommend this company enough. They’ve helped me out twice and my parents once (in a huge way) over the past year. My most recent interaction involved me calling them late afternoon on a Sunday, and to my surprise, they were able to get Kevin (highly recommend, if you’re able to request an individual) out within a couple hours. On a Sunday night, in the middle of a very busy time given strong rain in the area over the past few days, that turnaround/response is amazing. That night, Kevin was even on a job until well past midnight too. New Method and the individuals there are honest (above all else), diligent, and take lead in the annoyance of dealing with insurance/claims, so you don’t have to. 5/5 stars. We're a few years into homeownership and recently experienced a leak from our water heater. The company says they treat your home like their own and they do Meghan , the receptionist ( yes a human answers the phone) is so pleasant and efficient in getting you help. I must give mention to two particular ( workers) all were good, but George was very courteous and took pains to make sure everything was done right. He engendered confidence . Marco was a master who spent hours to disassemble my custom cabinets and granite top in order to spare them rather than rib them out and render useless as is usually done. And yes, there are still workers with skill , caring , and respect today.

Excellent and outstand company and customer service. I experienced a flood from a broken water pipe. Josh responded immediately. From the very start he assured me that all would be well. He was honest and upfront. His crews were dispatched and were amazing. They removed the water, and all the damage. While so doing they protected the remainder of my house and sealed it off. The crew was hard working, efficient and thorough. Also very polite and professional. They dried out my home with their equipment and were in constant communication with me daily during the process. Best of all, cost me nothing! Josh went directly through my insurance carrier. Professional company, Josh is a gentleman and his crews were outstanding. I do not wish a flood on anyone. However, if you have one, call Josh right away. I highly recommend him...

Michele Rynearson was a godsend for us. She got the call and immediately drove out to us in the evening hours. She spent a lot of time investigating our home for mold and sewage damage. She also helped put us at ease as this was completely new to us. The companys workers were really on top of things and came loaded with equipment and did many follow up calls and visits. This is a company I would highly recommend.

Great company good people and very satisfied with there work and performance. They were neat did good work and were punctual. I will definitely recommend this company to others and I hope not but if I ever need I will use them again. For anyone looking dont get sucked in to using bigger companies you will regret it later.

Arrived the same day to begin the remediation and followed up the next couple days to make sure things were drying out even during the weekend.

Folks are truly amazing. Available in less than half hour for review. Started work in an hour. Done in 7 hrs. Worked via insurance taking all that from me. Referred to plumber(who was there within an hour as well) and reconstruction company. Really left me nothing to worry about. And that's the sewage water damage we talking about. I was devastated when it happened, but it was all contained, cleaned up and fixed same day (and that's on 23 of December!) Can't recommend any better. Nicco and team are amazing!!
