Tom was very knowledgeable about his craft. I shared with him some of the problems I was experiencing with air circulation and allergies I was having. Tom not only completed my cleaning of my unit, but educated me on the different filters to use to get the best air flow to reduce my allergies. He shared with me the benefits of a UV hepafilter...which I had installed as well. Tom was quick and informative :)

Jason After a very hot start to the summer, it came at the worst time for my mothers AC system to quit (massive leak). Not only was 72 Degree's reasonably priced, but they went above and beyond to make my mother's home comfortable within the week, even though they couldn't get to the tear out and reinstallation of the New HVAC system until the following week. They were incredibly respectful of the property (both interior and exterior), and their systematic checks were very thorough. They setup the new thermostat with a model that is very simplified and easy to use for her, as well as went through routine checks that I should perform during our winters, to ensure the New Furnace is operating at it's optimal performance. Our installer was Thomas and his work ethic is not only very professional, but his general demeanor is joyful and super pleasant. We will be recommending 72 Degrees to other friends and family. Thank you guys for taking care of my mothers home!
