Wow!! I am so impressed with Sentry!! Woke up to no hot water. I personally called Charlie Conklin and told him what was going on. Instead of telling me the hot water heater was out and we needed a new one, they told me that the pilot light was out from last night's storm. I would have never known the difference. Charlie mentioned that could be the case and Tod came out and confirmed, while I was thinking we would have to buy a new one. Tod came with someone he was training and they were both so professional, polite, and honest!! We had them toilets and a few other things. Fair pricing and the best service!! Highly recommend Sentry for all of your HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs!
It was an excellent experience having both Sentry employees fixing our generator.Both men were helpful, knowledgable and gave us good information about the repair. We appreciate their abilities.
We have used Sentry for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical since we moved to the area. They consistently provide us with great service at a reasonable price. Wesley with plumbing and Diego with electrical are standouts for us. Importantly, when things aren't to our satisfaction or something goes wrong (we had an accident happen during one of the jobs), Sentry makes it right. I highly recommend them.
Scheduling was quick snd easy. Kevin came out the day after I called and got our generator serviced and ready for the sub-freezing weather! He was helpful and friendly. Great experience!

DeVonn David took his time to carefully go over the checklist for each hvac, then inspected the Generac. He represents Sentry well. We are to get prices from Sentry on their recommendations to bring certain issues in compliance with code. They are problems that were left unaddressed by previous licensed, bonded companies. The burden of thousands of $$$ in payment falls on us. Sentry is the first company to bring these issues to our attention, and we appreciate that they are knowledgeable enough and experienced enough to point these problems out. home
