Tyler restored peace to my life and I am very grateful. Second (new) review: Mike did my AC tuneup today. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained everything well and I was extremely pleased. Third review (3/7/25-service date): Steve, the electrician, did some electrical work. He also gave me proposals for future projects. He took a lot of time explaining and coming up with good ideas for lighting. I never felt rushed or pressured. He was friendly and I can tell he likes his job. I would definitely recommend Lowry (and I have). Fourth review: (service from 3/11/25). Nicholas installed my new hot water heater. He was very pleasant and professional. He was efficient and everything went smoothly. There were two technicians (Nicholas was the more experienced). What impressed me the most was how patient Nicholas was explaining, and how respectful they both were to the other. It was a long and tiring day, and I never heard anything in their voices that suggested frustration. It might have been a small thing to notice, but it made an impression and I admired it.

Lowry service took good care of me. Shortly afternoon, Nicholas arrived, assessed the situation and we worked out a plan. He grabbed the heater from the warehouse and by 3:30 pm, a complete replacement system was installed. Nicholas (a rock star) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, neat, and efficient in his work. I hoped, but did not expect, to have hot water today. Lowey turned a not- -so-wonderful day around for me and my family. Thanks Nicholas and Lowry!!
