Peter came out and gave me 3 different estimates on a new furnace and ac install. He was very detailed on measuring the house to make sure the right units were installed. His professionalism is what sold me to go with Swan over the other two companies that had come out. Steele and Josh came out yesterday and installed the gas furnace and ac. They did a fantastic job! Steele went over and explained everything with me on the new units and answered all of my questions. The areas were cleaned up after they were done. Professional crew and follow up! The Lennox high efficiency system they installed this year was top of the line and was very expensive but well worth it. I love the way the Swan team installed it. Fast and efficient work, very clean. My house is so quiet now with the new system and I feel like I live I live in a luxury hotel. It is so much more comfortable both in summer and winter. I sleep much better. The old system would kick in several times at night and wake me up. The new proportional heating and cooling with varying burners and blower motor speeds are a miracle. On top of that, we are saving hundreds of dollars in energy bills per year.
I am on the spring/ fall service plan. I am always impressed with the thoroughness and detail of the reports. I would highly recommend this company.
