Installers Jason and Zach came out on 4/1/26 and put in a new heat pump and cooling unit.Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend Morris for Carrier Systems and service.
Trent is an extremely good technician. This is the second or third time he has either installed or run troubleshooting for us. He is always extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He explained we can continue using the system until the new part comes in. 9-23-25 Trent came back and installed the part in our air conditioning system. The system works great. He also did our yearly maintenance on our heating boiler. Trent does a wonderful job and is very friendly.

DOA The team arrived right on time, worked all day keeping our home neat and safe. After a full days work of installing our HVAC System the AC unit would not communicate with control. The service man tried everything he could without success. He call his supervisor and they worked till 11:00 PM unsuccessfully. They were back at it early the next morning again without success. They started two paths of recovery one to get the parts to repair and the other to replace the DOA UNIT. Replacing the unit was the fastest path to get us up and running during 90+deg weather we had been having. Seeing the Morris team work together and bring in the best people possible assured us we made the right choice working with the Morris Comfort team.
