Preformed annual maintenance for my steam boiler that they installed about 15 months ago. Patrick did a professional job.

Website was a little hard to locate the request service tab but the office responded to my email quickly. I made a request for service and they were out within 5 hrs. Communication was excellent and service was outstanding. 2 technicians came and did a full check of my steam system. Isolated an issue and repaired it quickly. This was my first time using them and I will continue to call them in the future. Highly recommend them!
My husband and I are new to steam heating. We love it though! Ryan has been a huge help sending his guys out to help fix our issues. Today Ranny and his partner figured out the issue and explained everything to us in detail. Extremely helpful! Thank you.

We are so pleased to continue to have New England SteamWorks carry out the annual service of our steam boiler. It makes a real difference when technicians such as Angel and Matthew know their stuff! Both were exceptionally courteous and professional in manner and incredibly skilled with the steam heating service. Additionally, we were given valuable advice about relocating a radiator to another location in our home, which we will act upon over the summer months. We cannot recommend New England SteamWorks more highly to home owners who have steam heating systems.

Pat from New England Steam Works came out to finish our steam delivery pipe insulation and to fix a thermostat wiring bug for our new replacement boiler. Professional, almost overly polite and courteous, Pat LISTENS well. With an old system and four zone valves of widely varying years of manufacturer, spliced wires and multiple old 24 volt transformers this was no easy task. Because Pat listened and asked a multitude of questions, we finally found an inconsistent years old wiring problem, that when corrected; everything operated as designed. Pat is a good teacher, as this whole boiler replacement has been an involved learning experience for me. I will say, the the entire staff of New England Steam Works are professionals and superb craftsmen. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with this team and highly recommend them.

If you have steam heat radiators, then you need steam heat experts to get the maintenance or repair done quickly and competently!!! Angel from NE Steamworks was courteous and professional throughout the onsite maintenance visit. He immediately identified faulty values and replaced them. The end result was glorious uniform distribution of steam heat in the house. New England Steamworks is simply the best. Highly recommended!

We're very pleased with the installation of our new under-window kitchen radiator from Castrad today. As always, Evan & co. were on time, friendly, professional, & efficient. The unit is actually a little less bulky than we had expected, so fits in very nicely. And arrived sooner than we had expected, which was great. Didn't realize it would arrive in two sections that had to be assembled - that was interesting to watch. And Castrad got the color right, so it blends in with the kitchen walls. All in all, we're glad we made the decision to do this.
I wanted to send you a thank you message as well. Thank you for saving my mother who was suffering from extreme cold in the house. I appreciate the fact that you came out so quickly. And if I could rate Patrick on a scale ending in 10, I would give him a solid 11 out of 10!

The boiler replacement email series, Servicem8 texts, skimming instructions... It's all really well done, and miles ahead of anything I've ever seen in a decade or so of hiring plumbers, electricians, roofers, and tilers.

Ranny and Mike were so great - methodical and dedicated, we would like to see them return for this job if possible. Should they be in the area for another job, we offer them our pool after work to relax because they are extremely personable and knowledgeable hard workers. We felt like we have known them for years. I’ve been having this company maintenance my steam radiators and I couldn’t be happier! Last year they came to re-do some of our piping that was problematic (The previous owner of the house DYI-ed some stuff), which fixed the water hammering. Today we also had them rotate one of your radiators as well. They are definitely professionals at what they do, fast an reliable. It is a little tricky to get them to schedule an appointment, that’s the only thing I wish was made a little easier.
Patrick & Rick provided service today, they faced a difficult challenge, and the first set of changes they made in our steam system did not eliminate the water hammer problems we were having. But they kept at it, analyzing the situation, experimenting with a combination of fixes, and eventually managed to solve the problem. We've now been through several complete heating cycles since they finished, and it's amazing how quiet the system is. The water hammer noises had been so loud that we had not been able to sleep in our bedroom for several months, and I won't be fully confident that they aren't going to return until we've had a complete 24 hours of operation. But my wife and I are moving back into our bedroom tonight, and we're (holding our breath, fingers crossed) absolutely delighted. THANK YOU. Patrick & Rick explained everything, answered my many questions, very polite, very professional. They were great.
At 6:00 o'clock when the heat kicked on this morning, I waited for the usual cacophony to start up ... and waited .... and heard nothing but SILENCE. Your crew did it! They resolved the terrible banging and clanging that we've lived with since moving into this house in 2014. Quiet has never been so sweet and so welcomed. We recently had our massive first floor radiators stripped, repainted and reinstalled in our 160 year old Victorian. Patricks team from New England SteamWorks brought them from the shop and expertly maneuvered them into place. Some of these radiators weighed up to 600lbs! I would definitely hire New England SteamWorks again. The whole experience was polite, professional and worth every penny.

Technicians are prompt, professional,polite,friendly,knowledgeable and work hard during the visit. They also clean up before leaving and respectfully answer questions, even the ones that are asked in ignorance. They may not the least expensive, but they definitely professional and through.
Just had our boiler serviced by New England SteamWorks. Its the 2nd service they have done for us and we also had our steam pipes wrapped / insulated by them. We have been incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the technician teams and would highly recommend New England SteamWorks!
