This company is brilliant. We bought a house with steam radiators and did not have a clue. The radiators dirty flaking paint and Not only was I worried about the lead for my grandchildren, but they were so unsightly. They with a lot of effort hauled them away conditioned and repainted them to the colour that I wanted, reinstalled them and serviced the boiler. All their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very happy this last winter with everything up and running and we just recently had them in for service and it again went brilliantly and I can’t say enough good things about this company. I also want to add that I am very fussy and I hardly ever can say this about any dealings I’ve had.
Nick did a great job on both of our boilers, explaining the process and teaching me a lot along the way. He was quick, clean, thorough, and friendly. Thank you for the great work!
Got yearly maintenence done and Nick was great. Everything was very efficient and explained excellently. They truly understand steam systems.

Very easy to schedule boiler maintenance. Patrick was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my (many) questions about our new-to-us old steam boiler. Looking forward to working with New England SteamWorks again!
