Scheduling an appointment was a straightforward process. Mr. John Kessel arrived right on time, and I appreciated receiving a notification in advance. Mr. Kessel quickly assessed the issue and resolved it promptly. Previously, four plumbers had informed me that I had a water hammer problem that they could not fix. However, Mr. Kessel knew exactly what to do and completed the repair in a mere 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain that my pipes were loose under the house, providing helpful insights without overwhelming me. In addition, he offered me a quick quote for a tankless water heater that surprised me—it was $18,000 less than what another company had quoted for a replacement. I will undoubtedly return to BEL-O Cooling & Heating Inc in the future. A huge thank you to Mr. Kessel for his professionalism and for taking the time to listen to my concerns while educating me about my plumbing issues.
