Tom and Superior are fantastic, especially as we're new to propane heating and any question has been answered in a thorough way for full but easy understanding! Their service is based on safety all around! I highly recommend Superior Energy!

Rick, Tom and Mike from Superior Energy were absolutely outstanding. They were punctual, friendly, thoughtful and respectful of property. They put in the extra effort to plan and place a propane tank for a heating stove and kitchen stove. They obviously know their business! I would not hesitate to hire them and it feels good to support a local business too! Thanks to all 3 of them for their hard work!

Outstanding service and professionalism throughout the entire project. We had a vent-free gas log set installed in our living room and a gas line added to a 2nd floor fireplace (my wifes spa-like bathroom) for a future log set. The entire crew went above and beyond our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the attention to detail and amazing communication. We highly recommend this company and will be doing future projects with them.

Service tech was extremely professional and patient with the work environment. I am currently having my house resided and reroofed, and work conditions are not ideal for easy maneuverability. I greatly appreciate his workmanship and would absolutely refer to anyone who inquired.
Tom Tom set a full tank by himself. He did a great job. Made sure the pad was level. Performed a leak test. Before entering the house he took off his boots eventhough I said that it was okay. He fired up my fireplace and made sure it was working properly. He was polite and courteous the entire time.

Tom Rick,Patty and the install crews made the process of getting propane for my new furnace seamless and hassle free. They worked great with my hvac installer to get the job done right.
I can't speak highly enough of this company. My first introduction was Rick two years ago. He's almost always available and quickly responds to voicemails when not. During installation of our generator they even took it upon themselves to coordinate the process with the other contractors. The generator finally became available and was put in place only a couple days before hurricane Henri was to arrive. I called Patty on Thursdays hoping (even though it was short notice) they would be able to run the pipes from the tanks to the generator. Mike and Port we're out the next day to make it happen. Even though the next day was a Saturday and the hurricane was imminent, Mike returned to fill our tanks and made sure we were ready. When the storm hit and we lost power, everything worked without a hitch.
I like it that Superior is a local business and they are very friendly. Rick has been a joy to work with in securing our account after 3 years with a competitor. I am very happy to be back with folks at High Manor Park.
