I cannot recommend this group enough. I had an emergency situation with leaking and flooding into my walls due to severe ice and snow piling on the roof. I called them Saturday night, and they were able to come out Monday morning, give me a quote, and then finish the job within the next 2 hours. They did a fantastic job, and their quick response was something I really appreciated because my family was going through a rough time with this emergency leaking on top of my father being in the hospital, my grandma passing away that same weekend. Not only did they do an amazing job in such a quick time, but they also sent flowers to my home a couple days later, sending their condolences for our loss and wishing us the best during this difficult time. Me and my family were absolutely touched. It is such a rarity these days to find a group with such integrity and compassion, while also putting out such an excellent and efficient service. I never do these types of reviews, but I had to write this review so others could know of their kind gesture and character. For me, Adan Vaillancourt has a customer for life, and I recommend them to any person who needs any roofing job done.
Total roof replacement in the middle of winter with recent snow. They were fast and efficient and because of the snow were unable to complete the clean up but will be back when the snow melts. Offered both asphalt and metal replacements. Not much more than the prior replacement about 15 years ago with another company with better underlayment and shingles with a great warranty. Would highly recommend without any reservations.
Vaillencourt cleared snow from our roof areas today. They did a fantastic job!! They certainly gave us our monies worth. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Note: They replaced the roof on our historic barn a few years ago, and this week - in 9 degree weather - replaced the roof on the wrap around porch of our historic home. We had an excellent experience with Adam Vaillancourt Roofing. From the initial quote appointment all the way through installation, everything was extremely professional and well organized and well explained. They did a fantastic job on our new roof and skylights, completing the entire project in just one day. The workmanship looks great, communication was clear throughout the process, and the pricing was very reasonable. We’re currently just waiting for the final gutter installation, but based on our experience so far, we couldn’t be happier.
