Excellent service from Zeke, Will and Walter. Our questions were answered and thoughtful solutions to our concerns were provided. The pros and cons of the different options were explained, and after choosing the option we preferred, the necessary work was carried out efficiently. Excellent service from Tom (on a subsequent visit for a different issue) August 2022 - Walter assessed our issue with the sump pump, explained it clearly, and installed a new sump pump for us. We are very happy with the work done and the clear explanations. April 2024. Aaron fixed the leak quickly and explained the cause. Very pleased with the service. September 2024 Feras Shahin did a great job for us. December 2024 Joshua Shelters figured out the issue with the sump pump alarm and the plumbing inspection and did a great job reviewing everything with us.
Steve was professional, very friendly and respectful of our home. He did a thorough diagnostic and analysis to determine root cause of the issue. He then explained in detail the problem and best path to repair. Parts had to be ordered but he managed to get expedient delivery of parts and a next day service appointment. Greatly appreciated his prompt and thorough response to have repair performed before holiday. Thank you Steve!

Kevin was very professional and helpful. He explained everything that he and his team did in installing our new furnace, giving us a guided tour of the entire operation.
Brian did a great job diagnosing our furnace and hot water heater simultaneously going out in the middle of a cold snap. He thought it was a gas flow issue and had us call Consumers Energy out on an urgent visit. Sure enough our gas meter had to be repaired as it had stopped working. Great job all around and now we have heat and hot water again!
The Tech (Lavian Mayes) was professional and considerate towards our concerns. He explained what he was doing and I would recommend Thornton & Grooms to my friends. He was polite and courteous. He showed a genuine concern to our needs and walked us through what else needed to be done. He explained what else needs to be done and the cost of the items. I was VERY pleased with him and can't wait for his return to install the items needed.
