Ricky was very good and personable. He talked to me through out his visit and did a recap at the finish...... I watched and he seemed to be very thorough throughout the whole process. He offered to carry something for me, and he scheduled an appointment for us to have A-Temp clean our ducts. It was a great overall experience. A-Temp has customer service that is a cut above many other companies. Thank you Brandon! Thank you Jayden and Dante! They came to clean out all the ducts in our house. They were on time, friendly, polite, and after explaining the procedure, asked if we had any questions. They were helpful, especially for moving furniture, etc. Our dog Sammy instantly calmed down because Jayden and Dante are both dog lovers, and they were very kind toward him. This was important because they were in our house for several hours. A very positive experience from A-Temp. Thanks Jayden and Dante!
They were able to come over early (called me ahead of time to make sure it was okay), and were careful with doors so my cats did not sneak outside.

As always for the past twenty or so years, A-Temp gets an A-plus. It is rare to find a company that gives such consistently excellent service, and Jori provided more of the same. We are loyal and satisfied customers and will continue to be so in the future! And once again A-Temp came through, working until the problem was solved. Bill even went out of his way and took the time to go get parts, which is in the true A-Temp tradition. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and was attentive to our questions and needs. Jori showed up on time as usual and gave the HVAC a good cleaning and tuneup. As always with Jori and every other A-Temp tech we've met the visit was marked by courtesy and professionalism. 03/19/2026 Derek did an excellent job on our HVAC system. There's nothing unusual about that. A-Temp has great people on staff. Along with cleaning and adjustments Derek also communicated very clearly on several details regarding the system. We are pleased to know that our HVAC is in good hands! 03/31/26 As a PS to the earlier review, Derek showed up on time with a new air cleaner, installed it and answered all our questions. Still doing great!
