Billy from ATemp was quick and efficient. He found the issue to our air condition problem and corrected the problem in a short amount of time. Appreciated this and determined it was still under warranty. No charge, which was nice.

As with all A-TEMP folks, courteous, efficient, and easy to work with. ------------------------ I keep using A-TEMP on projects and continue to be very happy. Matt and Peter are knowledgeable and most patient. Peter for heating and cooling, Matt for electrical. What follows is a past review. ----------------- I am using A-TEMP on an old property that needed some upgrades. Their people are competent, courteous and trustworthy. TJ and his associate got a new furnace installed and will install the external heat pump today. All this will happen while I am away. The house will be locked and as though they 'd never been there (aside from the new unit). Every A-TEMP installation or maintenance experience has been stellar. That's why we are repeat customers.

They were on time, friendly, polite, and after explaining the procedure, asked if we had any questions. They were helpful, especially for moving furniture, etc. Our dog Sammy instantly calmed down because Jayden and Dante are both dog lovers, and they were very kind toward him. This was important because they were in our house for several hours. A very positive experience from A-Temp. Thanks Jayden and Dante!

The gentleman was very thorough and helpful. He is very nice and tells you what he does. He also gave me information about the age of my furnace, and told me if it starts needing a lot work and parts replaced, I may want to think about replacing it.

Annual maintenance on furnace and AC went perfectly. Holden was on time, was super friendly and willing to answer questions, explained what he was going to be doing, was careful not to let the cat outside, and cleaned up well after he had completed the maintenance. I couldnt ask for a better experience and am confident that the furnace and AC is in good shape for another year of hard work. Recommend this company and Holden highly for their work.
