As always for the past twenty or so years, A-Temp gets an A-plus. It is rare to find a company that gives such consistently excellent service, and Jori provided more of the same. We are loyal and satisfied customers and will continue to be so in the future! And once again A-Temp came through, working until the problem was solved. Bill even went out of his way and took the time to go get parts, which is in the true A-Temp tradition. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and was attentive to our questions and needs. Jori showed up on time as usual and gave the HVAC a good cleaning and tuneup. As always with Jori and every other A-Temp tech we've met the visit was marked by courtesy and professionalism. 03/19/2026 Derek did an excellent job on our HVAC system. There's nothing unusual about that. A-Temp has great people on staff. Along with cleaning and adjustments Derek also communicated very clearly on several details regarding the system. We are pleased to know that our HVAC is in good hands! 03/31/26 As a PS to the earlier review, Derek showed up on time with a new air cleaner, installed it and answered all our questions. Ricky was great from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and had a great attitude. You don't find many people who like and enjoy their job like Ricky. He even re mounted our thermostat that was very loose. 5 stars for sure.

Eric did my duct cleaning today. He is a very polite young man who respected my home and explained what he would be doing. I give him 5 stars!
Billy from ATemp was quick and efficient. He found the issue to our air condition problem and corrected the problem in a short amount of time. Appreciated this and determined it was still under warranty. No charge, which was nice.
A-Temp sent out Ricky and he was phenomenal! Super knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions. He was professional and personable and we felt very confident with the work. 5 star service!!
Phillip did a great job for us! When our furnace went out my wife was very sick at the time. She is starting to feel better now but still not out of the woods yet. Phillip was very concerned about getting our furnace working for her as fast as he could. We had a little wait because of finding the parts. As soon as they came in he got the furnace fixed. It works fantastic. Phillip is a humble honest man. Let me tell you they are hard to find. I’m glad he will be taking care of our heat pump and furnace from now on.
