The Technician Chris was exceptional in representing your company,himself and his knowledge on the service and product and how to use that and skill to get an older system to work like new! Replacing the old remotes and programming the new ones quickly once identifying the problems and was very courteous. Will recommend and pass on this companys # to friends and family! Co. tech arrived right at scheduled time, and went to work. The repair turned more complicated than expected, but the required part was on board, the repair was made on site.
Very professional techs came and installed brushes on my roll up doors. Really helps with keeping the a/c inside. The work looks very good and they cleaned up after they were finished. Very good work....would use them again.
My experience was excellent from the person who took my call and scheduled our appointment . Henry, the technician who came to our home, was prompt, very courteous, and resolved our problem. He explained the issue that caused the damage in a clear way. I will ask for him when we finally have to replace our door.
