Josh We were very pleased with Austin's work on our furnace. He found the problem part and replaced it. However, with a 30+ year old furnace, other issues appeared. Austin contacted his supervisor for advice on the repair. The furnace is running, but Austin explained possible options available to us. We really appreciated all his help and would highly recommend him to others with furnace issues.

Nate Kyle was extremely thoughtful.. I’m not able to get around my house easily so he went into my basement, did the repair quickly. As he saw my filters needed cleaning he also did that. He came into the house with those booties (the ones that considerate workmen use) I certainly will recommend and use your service again if needed.

Nate Nate, of Alpine Climate Control, went well beyond the call of duty recently when our "auto-filled propane tank, was not filled by our local supplier. On a -13° night we had no heat for 6hours and our pipes were quickly freezing. Nate arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and worked well past 9:30 PM to ensure we had heat. As well, he called the following day just to ensure all was in working order. Nate is an extraordinary representative of your company; his quick thinking and professional problem solving skills are well above bar. As well, he's just a really nice guy. Take good care of this employee ACC, he's a keeper!

The team at Alpine was great! Our old AC unit finally kicked the bucket and we needed a replacement promptly with the summer heat. The Team at Alpine fit us into their busy schedule because of the 90 degree temperatures and made our family feel prioritized. Josh Anderson, Mick, Kevin, and the rest of the team were very professional and we are very happy we went with Alpine for our needs. Will look to them for future upgrades.
