On this very rain filled day Ethen worked in the rain without cover. He and I both considered not finishing the job due to the weather.He texted his office and checked the weather several times. We lost power last night due to a motorist striking a power pole several miles from my residence. My generator came on however I only had power in portions of my house. Rocky was dispatched to fix my problem. Keep in mind this was an "after hours" and on a weekend call. Rocky arrived and diagnosed my problem in less than 5 minutes. Turns out it was a piece of plastic that had gotten caught between contacts on one side when the transfer switch engaged. He fixed the problem and had me back up and running in less than 10 minutes from the time he arrived. Great customer experience! Highly recommend Northside Power!

I am blessed and thankful having the security knowing anytime the power is interrupted, generator automatically starts. I never know the power is off until I hear it running.
