Technician and dispatcher were extremely respectful. Tech/plumber was able to get my drained cleared within 10 min, despite another company saying they couldn't unclog it and I needed a ton of work. I'm very impressed with our plumber Michael Hymer. I will definitely use Ben Franklin for any future plumbing issues going forward.

On time, reasonably priced, great technician, fantastic service!! Tyler B. has been here 2x. Once for outdoor faucets and today, May 5th, for new water heater. He does a fantastic job and is very professional.
My garbage disposal broke, and Tyler came out the same day and fixed it! He was professional, explained everything to me after it was fixed, and the price was extremely reasonable. The receptionist is also extremely helpful and get the appointment scheduled immediately. This is my second time in a month I’ve needed them and they have done a magnificent job! Brian Hauser was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was honest and did not try to Charge me for additional Unnecessary services. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Job well done Brian.

Wow wow Travis! He was fabulous! Frankly I can’t say enough about his very polite and personable demeanor. He was efficient, highly professional and explained everything he did. He was respectful of the environment, put booties over his outside shoes and cleaned up afterward. He was so respectful and attentive to questions. He offered us three options for several issues we had. Personally, I had procrastinated about addressing the problems because I was worried about the expense. We were so happy with the results that there was no buyers remorse. These folks are extremely reliable and trustworthy! This is my second time I using their services. Once was a Christmas Eve issue with a frozen/ burst pipe. This was an emergency situation that was also handled promptly and professionally with respectful kindness. 5 stars!!
