I called Corey and got immediate emergency services. I had a very sticky situation that was no fault of my own but something that most people would not have been as kind and not only professional but truly willing to help. I had been without heat for almost 24 hours with a baby and he helped me when nobody could. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is in need of assistance especially in Emergency cases.

Super responsive, knowledgeable & friendly. Left with out central air in July! Kory replaced & installed quickly & efficiently so the pup & I could live comfortably & beat that summer heat. I have no doubt the furnace & heat will be just as wonderful but we'll save that for November! At least now I dont have to worry. I'll continue to recommend him to family, friends & clients.
Kory was AMAZING!!!! Professionally he was incredible, he was proactive, took his time and troubleshooted for everything. Come to find out we had to have Kory back for another visit.... we serviced the wrong Unit( not his fault...5 units in my condo and they were not marked properly) Kory and I laughed and laughed!!!! He serviced the correct unit and went above and beyond for me!!! Cannot say enough great things about him. He has now become part of our family!! Kory Kory was excellent and such a nice guy too! After speaking with him on the phone he was here within an hour, as promised - on a Sunday and the hottest day of the year too! He found the problem very quickly - fixed it - and now we have a cool house again. I will most certainly call on him again if needed!
Kory Kory was amazing. Yesterday (Sunday) was possibly the hottest day of the year so far and we were literally baking in our home. I called Emergency Response - spoke with Kory and he was here within an hour. He pinpointed the problem very quickly. As a result our home has now turned from a "sauna" of 98 to a very comfortable 70 - thank you so much - most definitely will keep your name and number in my "go to list".

Kory has been fantastic working on the equipment at our pizza shop. Hes very knowledgeable and professional. The part that needed to be replaced took a few weeks to come in. He made sure he called every week to give us updates. He was very thorough when the part did come in and did a great job repairing it. Hes personable and explains things in a way the average person can understand.
The owner Kory was great!!! Came out at dinner time on a Friday night, found the problem quickly and explained every step of the proses! He was very respectful with the COVID-19 and wore a mask the whole time, offers completely no contact invoicing and payment. Fully recommend to anyone in need!

Im so impressed with Kory from Emergency Response-HVAC (I managed several retail businesses over 40 years so Ive got lots of experience w/repair vendors.) My central AC stopped cooling late one night. My pet and I were hot and uncomfortable. I called Kory with a friends suggestion. See the following. Korey was great. He was incredibly responsive and willing to work within our schedule. When he arrived, he was already wearing a mask and wore his mask any time he was in the house or in close proximity to us.
