Sam T. Ryan was very punctual and cordial. He’s articulate and he clearly has years of experience as an electrician. What I liked the best was that he specifically addressed my concerns and tailored three different estimates based on the scope of work for each: minimum amount of work that needed to be done to be safe and effective, the middle of the road work that would include things that would allow me to pass inspection if I were to sell the house, and then a best case scenario, which would include all things to pass inspection electrically in my house in addition to the minimum work to accomplish a new appliance install. And I trust that the work that he would do when he returns would be excellent work.
