Andy visited today and a new employee visited today. They quickly figured out what was wrong with the air conditioner, explained it to me, and fix/replaced the part. Back up and running. Damion did a great job! Right when we got out to the unit, he could tell something was not right. He did a few test and had it fixed in no time! His analogies were great when explaining what and why he was doing what he was doing. Damion helped an HVAC illiterate (me) not feel so illiterate! Overall great experience and as I said last time we used you all, I will be a lifetime customer!
