My dad was transferred to Alden Estates after he was admitted to the hospital from another rehab facility that was awful. Alden Estates has exceeded our expectations. The care from all the teammates has been great! They take great pride in the care they provide to the residents. The rooms are always clean, my dad is always clean and the caregivers work so well together. It relieves so much stress knowing he is in good hands. PT/OT do a great job motivating and working with my dad.
Just did a visit of the facility for my mom. Very happy for the staff was excellent, facility was clean and very welcoming, private room and full services were offered. We like this place and probably will be choosing it for mom’s rehab.
Alden did an amazing job caring for my grandmother! When she arrived, she had previously been in a poor situation and her medical needs were not being handled properly. The staff did such a wonderful job getting her regulated and back to life. Thankful for their facility and care in her last few months.
They cared for my Mother like she was family. They take an extremely difficult job and turn it into a family and caring atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I love working here because even when staffing challenges are present which they are all over the country, we all come together like a family to make the residents feel comfortable and well taken care of! I work with very caring individuals with whom I am proud of and blessed to have as part of my work family
My grandmother was cared for at Alden Estates of Jefferson. The staff were so kind to her, even in her tough moments from her dementia. Even after she passed they reached out to tell me how much she will be missed. Would highly recommend. Facility is very homelike & well kept. Rooms are private rooms with private bathrooms so it felt more like her own apartment.
The entire staff from the therapists, to the nurses, CNA’s, activities ladies, to everyone who cared for my mom was amazing!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you

The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
If it wasnt for the nurses, cna's, housekeeping, and the therapy staff, I wouldn't be sitting here at home. They all treated me with respect and kindness. I appreciated each and every one of them in the 700 unit.
Everyone there was extremely understanding, professional, respectful and went above and beyond to help make a devastating time and transition doable. I would highly recommend Alden for care if loved ones.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
The care at Aldens is fantastic. The gals that work with the patients do a wonderful job and are so caring. As you know they need more help. Also all of my therapists worked great with me in rehab.

My brother was a resident of Alden for a couple months. Although due to COVID I did not visit him while he was there, every time I talked to him he kept telling me they treat me good here. They were very good at calling with all updates and issues that came up.
