Zach arrived when the text said he would, figured out my shower problem, repaired it, and best of all, he took the time to explain what had been wrong, what he’d done to fix it, and made what had been a stressful day so much better. He was also super friendly, I enjoyed talking with him, & couldn’t recommend him & Olympic Plumbing more highly. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me out, which is why I bought a contract last year. They’re my plumbers for life.

Hi, Zachary from Olympic Plumbing Technology was out today at the scheduled time, immediately asked about the issue, crawled into my crawl space, not something I would like to do and went to work. He quickly found the leak, crawled back out to give me an estimate, then crawled back in to replace the copper piping section. He fixed the leak, then crawled back out to show me the piece then crawled back in after water was turned back to make sure it was fixed and to check for more leaks, Luckily none found. This was my second positive experience with his company in less than a year.

James did an excellent job of informing me of the steps needed to be done to fix my water leak. I want him to continue to do the work for me on this project.
