Russel Joshua Edwards was great! I had an appointment to have my A/C looked at, but changing the furnace filter on my own resolved the issue. I forgot to cancel the appointment, so Joshua pulled up on time. I ran out to tell him I no longer need the service and would anticipate a bit of annoyance since he drove out here for nothing. However, he was extremely friendly and understanding, reassuring me that it was not a problem at all. He even gave me a few free pointers/tips to ensure my A/C stayed running properly. Great guy! 10/10 customer service. I’ll 100% be calling them again if I ever have any issues

Russel Update: 7/7/2025. Once again the technicians at Summers bust their butts to fix another problem at my house. Every single technician that has come out to my house has been awesome. I use the subscription which is absolutely worth the monthly price. The techs are always personable, smart and just seem to be in a good mood and ready to help. Will continue to use Summers.
Josh showed up quickly when our air conditioner failed and fixed it immediately! He was kind and courteous! We were very impressed!

This was the first time Kyle had been to service my AC. He was very professional, knowledgeable and walked me what he was doing. It started out as just a check up, he found some issues, he gave me my options and we ended up buying a new unit. Installation will be in a week.
