Shawn was as professional and efficient as the last time he was here looking at our water heater. Today he replaced our kitchen sink faucet and treated it as if he were doing his own. He takes great pride in his work and we so appreciate the extra effort he makes toward the finished product.
Joe was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of his job since I deal with probably 100 different contractors and vendors in my business. Joe Roto Rooter just completed a project on our septic system. Joe arrived shortly after I made the phone call. Quickly an excavator was sent in and they got working. Our system was back in action the same day.
I called around 7am and had a plumber at my house about 9am. Mr. Daniel was very pleasant and respectful. He is very experienced and gave me a lot of helpful info. He was able to fix my backup issue. Definitely will recommend Mr Daniel and Roto Rooter to everybody!!

Shawn Joe Moore was the plumber who came out on a Saturday evening and he was so professional and patient and kind to us. He explained everything wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. Came on time Monday morning and got right to work and was able to get everything back up and running by that afternoon. Will definitely use again!!

Office personnel was considerate and was able to set up an appointment quickly. A service person (James) arrived on time and delivered great same day service. James got the job done and saved us damages due to water leak. He was prepared with proper equipment on hand and was able to replace hot water heater with no delay.
