Technician very nice and knowledgeable. Responded to questions. This is the second time I have used Precision Electric and will use them again for other work I have.

Richard was great. Very professional, very friendly, didn't try to oversell or do anything we didn't need, just let us know exactly what was going on. If we have any more problems I'll definitely be calling Precision and asking for Richard!

Dennis made sure electricity was restored prior to departure. He waited on AEP to complete their work on the transformer and did a final check to make sure we had power in the building.

Did not have to wait forever to get service service. Called and left message yesterday got a call back this morning , came out today and took care of issues. Tech. very efficient, got jobs done in no time at all
