Our serviceman was Ryan, he notified me this morning he was on his way and he arrived a short time later. He checked out our issue in the master bedroom the cold water handle had came apart. The model was very old and the brand was not available, so he showed my wife and daughter what was available and the picked two identical systems so both would be the same on each vanity. The exchange wasn't easy on the first and took alot of work, but Ryan was always in good spirits. Ryan did an excellent job. We were so glad we called Benjamin for our plumbing job.
