We have had Grout Medic give us a “tune up” of our grout on both walls and floors for years, keeping both looking like new. They consistently do great work at a reasonable price and have given us valuable maintenance advice as well. Saves us a lot of money in the long run by preventing serious damage and the need for major repairs.
We were very pleased with the whole process. The initial scheduling was easy with no issues. The guys showed up on time and completed the job we asked for, even double checked everything to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely use Grout Medic again if we have any work that needs to be done. Highly recommended

I’ve worked with this company in the past which is why I used them a second time. Responsive, professional and reasonably priced! Ron and Nathan did a fantastic job repairing some grout in the shower and fully regrouting a second shower. Both look great and you can’t beat the pricing. Well worth it considering the cost of new tiles. Sales rep David was knowledgeable and informative. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Update: Had the same sales rep and company work in my home again. Just superior. I never have to worry about the condition post project. Another update: (July 25, 2025) It’s difficult these days to find a company anyone will go back to over and over again. Sales and service at the Grout medic remain stellar!!

Timely for quote and for work. Did what they said they would do! Final product looks amazing. Practically a brand new bathroom! Great work and very professional! On both the kids and master. Wow!!! UPDATE After several weeks, we started to see some areas of the grout showing a grayish color. Overall everything is better than it was, but we have areas that have grayed and don’t look like the process was as effective as we initially thought. UPDATE Grout medic promptly sent a senior rep to the house today. They are resolving the gray. UPDATE Grout clinic scheduled a warranty repair and everything was done in a timely manner and looks awesome! Really appreciate the way George and team responded. Floors are WOW again!!

My experience with Grout Medic was excellent. This was possible because of two people - George and Jason. George initially visited our home and laid out in clear language his recommendations. And Jason delivered an outstanding product. It it rare today that a contractor delivers quality above expectations! Thank you so much. Our custom master bathroom look almost new again after 15 years!
Grout Medic did an EXCELLENT job regrouting our old shower. It looks better than new, shower pan excepted because they do not do that type of service. Grout Medic sent an estimator out to look at the job, and recommended colors of grout and caulk to repair our shower. He said it would be a match for what we had. He tried a little upsell, but we told him we only wanted to do the shower and not the rest of the bathroom and he said OK, and did not try to hard sell us. The installer Jason came out at the scheduled time and was very professional, courteous and skilled at his job. In the end the grout and caulk are better than when we bought the home and Grout Medic provided instructions on how to keep mold from growing in the shower, with reasoning behind the use of squeegee and an old towel or microfiber to dry off residual water. We are very happy with Grout Medic and would recommend them.
Alex and Carlos were very professional and amazing at their trade. Alex especially was courteous and frequently checked to make sure that I was on board with the plan and comfortable with the process.

We called grout medic and an emergency type situation. We were getting our house ready to sell and my husband broke the soapdish so they came out. They also gave us an estimate for redoing our grout, and I have to say it was a little pricey, but oh my gosh, the way the bathroom turned out awesome looks like brand new did a great job. The guys were nice.!!!
My kitchen and laundry room floors look better than when new! Re-caulked primary bath walk- in shower, and re-grouted guest bath floor and bathtub/shower surround tile, as well as replacing all caulk. This was a big job, and Im thrilled with the results.
Gustavo replaced grout on tiles in two bathrooms, sealed with silicon and buffed and now I have new floors.

I didnt want to remodel my master bathroom, so I had The Grout Medic come out and redo the grout work and the caulking. The work they did was impressive and I feel like I have a new bathroom.
