Both Luis and Joe were very nice and polite. Luis explained everything they were doing and open to our questions which he answered explaining the why and how of everything they were doing. We were very pleased with their service and how they went about doing their job.
Luis As usual, Tim answered a lot of questions I had; and after the 1st of the year, I will most likely arrange for my duct cleaning. I really appreciate One Call and trust their advice.

One Call is very Friendly and professional. Their employees are knowledgeable and very respectful of your home. We had our central air replaced and they did an excellent job. They leave the area cleaner than when they came. Our new system works great and they were great about explaining everything to us, (more than once) so we would know what we were doing. They are very patient. Would definitely recommend this company.

This company does it all. Got very good info on installing new air conditioning. We are also using them to do some electrical work. Their name says it all.
I had an issue last night where my AC unit was not working. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. Kevin came over and he thoroughly checked the unit. He found the problem and completely checked the unit out for any other issues. Hea s knowledgeable and professional and completely fixed the problem. Thanks again One Call!
