The crew that came to install our HVAC system and update our electrical panel was excellent. German , Casey, Dylan, John and Cody. We’re all very professional but yet friendly and very helpful and extremely polite. Answering all questions and taking their time and doing a very great job. They thanked us for our business which was a very important part. Showed us that they took extreme pride in their work.
Shawn arrived on time and was so professional and courteous. He installed a water softening system for our home and a reverse osmosis unit under the sink in the kitchen. He answered all our questions and got the job done quickly. He also cleaned up after the job was done. We enjoyed meeting him and will use Wisler in the future.

Had HVAC and plumbing service needs. Within two days (neither were emergencies) the HVAC technician, Brayden, show up promptly and resolved the requirement. The following day Justin W. came and resolved the plumbing issue. This was my first time using Wisler and, based on the the professionalism and courtesy of the office and technician staff, will be my first call in the future for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and anything else I need. I was also impressed by their breadth of products and services and fact that they did not charge duplicate appointment fees given the separate expertise of their technicians.

Brett was polite and professional and had given me suggestions that no one else had at an earlier appointment. He took care of the maintenance and changing out a switch quickly and had our unit cleaned and running again very quickly even though his day had been chaotic, and he had had to delay our appointment until the evening. Brett is one of the nicest employees at Wisler that I have met yet.
Wisler has helped me with water filter, heating & Air Unit, and Plumbing. My Diamond membership means they will soon come out to check on my electric. Thank You Wisler.

Brett came out last week to do our HVAC inspection and boy was he thorough! He took pictures of the things that needed attention before they caused bigger problems and went over everything and the different options and costs. Wisler got us an appointment for Brett to come back out today and fix the issues he found. Brett was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He kept us updated on the progress, had to run and get a part and came back and finished it all same day (even if it was after 9:30pm before he left) Sorry that you had to stay late, but you are appreciated! Wisler customers for life!! You guys are all amazing!!
We had Dustin out for troubleshoot and repair of our HVAC unit. His quick troubleshooting quickly identified as a faulty install with bad wiring causing a short between the 28V hot and cold side wires that were exposed in the uninsulated end of the wire. Dustin installed new wires and left them in a much neater appearance instead of the rat’s nest installation wiring. We really enjoy the Trane unit in the summer as it’s so quiet that we hardly know it’s running. We’ve had nearly one year of use with only a couple of installation issues. This wiring issue and a condensate drain line that was not glued together and leaked. That was fixed by Anthony.
John Sinks was the gentleman that came yesterday. He was very professional and explained the job to us. He also apologized to me because I will have to move my Precious Moments curio cabinet for them to get into the wall ... LOL!
Shane West was awesome - beyond professional, very detailed and patient. He was so helpful. I highly recommend Wisler and will definitely be using their services again.

Shane Just want to give a review for Shane's visit yesterday: in a word, OUTSTANDING! He was VERY professional and polite, and really had a "stick-to-it" attitude, as the job turned out to be somewhat more puzzling and difficult than we all originally imagined it would be. He absolutely turned us into permanent Wisler customers.

Matt Love this company!! You call and they make an appointment and then they call and let you know when they will be here no waiting all day for someone to show up. The service person is friendly and knows what needs to be done to get anything up and running again.
