Dustin You have a good employee in Matt. My only hesitation in recommending you is that I have a regular plumber with whom I am very satisfied and would mention him instead. He just wasn't available to help this time.
Matt Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me numerous options to help my situation and handled the idea of upselling services very well. Matt wanted to try and open the cleanout for the main sewer line to camera it to inspect more than the fooor drain line I called about. Due to limited access to the septic clean out, Matt accidently broke the nearby toilet seat in my basement bathroom. I told him it was fine but he did not make any mention of remedying the situation. Matt then quoted me for the possible work to fix my situation. I liked the ideas he presented, but the prices seemed high for the work. However, I may not be informed of the standard rate in today’s age for such work.

Brett was polite and professional and had given me suggestions that no one else had at an earlier appointment. He took care of the maintenance and changing out a switch quickly and had our unit cleaned and running again very quickly even though his day had been chaotic, and he had had to delay our appointment until the evening. Brett is one of the nicest employees at Wisler that I have met yet.
Wisler has helped me with water filter, heating & Air Unit, and Plumbing. My Diamond membership means they will soon come out to check on my electric. Thank You Wisler.

Brett came out last week to do our HVAC inspection and boy was he thorough! He took pictures of the things that needed attention before they caused bigger problems and went over everything and the different options and costs. Wisler got us an appointment for Brett to come back out today and fix the issues he found. Brett was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He kept us updated on the progress, had to run and get a part and came back and finished it all same day (even if it was after 9:30pm before he left) Sorry that you had to stay late, but you are appreciated! Wisler customers for life!! You guys are all amazing!!
John Sinks was the gentleman that came yesterday. He was very professional and explained the job to us. He also apologized to me because I will have to move my Precious Moments curio cabinet for them to get into the wall ... LOL!

Matt Love this company!! You call and they make an appointment and then they call and let you know when they will be here no waiting all day for someone to show up. The service person is friendly and knows what needs to be done to get anything up and running again.
