Exceptional customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I had recently left a poor review on my service as I felt it was way overpriced. But, the owner took time to call me and explain the price points for certain tasks and even insisted on refunding the job as they strive for customer satisfaction. I'm very impressed by the owner taking time and talking me through it and especially not being defensive on any level. Professional and polite to say the least. I had originally posted that this company is overpriced and will take advantage of people. "Open mouth, insert foot". I'm so impressed with the way Wisler handled this situation that I absolutely will use them for any future home needs. In hindsight, I think it's also beneficial for customers to research the average cost of a job prior to initiating a service request. I highly recommend this company. They care about their service and overall customer satisfaction. Thank you!!!!!

Matt was the drain technician that took care of our problem today. From diagnosis, to clean out, to explaining what our sewer issues are he was professional, knowledgeable and tidy. Seriously, give Matt a raise! He gets customer service in an age where many don't.

We’ve been with Wisler for years & have always had great experiences. ALL have been so professional & knowledgeable. Today we met Chaz for the first time. And although we ended up spending quite a bit (for us) on a much needed repair, it still measured up to the excellent service we’ve come to expect from Wisler. Not only was Chaz knowledgeable and professional, but he befriended our parrot who doesn’t warm up to anyone new. I had to see who Bean was having a heart-to-heart conversation with! Chaz is a keeper!
Wisler is always professional and explains anything needing repair in detail, along with all options for repair. They have always been on time and called before they came. I always feel they know their jobs very well. They are respectful of me and my home. If they need to return, they explain why and do so as soon as possible at my convenience. I’ve always been very pleased with all departments of Wisler.

Matt Love this company!! You call and they make an appointment and then they call and let you know when they will be here no waiting all day for someone to show up. The service person is friendly and knows what needs to be done to get anything up and running again.

Scottie I have had nothing but the best of experiences with Wisler each of the 3 times I have communicated with them while troubleshooting my 50 gallon power vented gas water heater. The technicians they sent to our house were the most clean, courteous, patient and honest technicians that I have had in my home for any service related work. They diagnosed my problem and gave me my options and a written quote for those options. The only concern I had with hiring them for the replacement on the 1st visit was cost. Their quality service so far has exceeded my cost concerns. In the end I decided to buy my own water heater and have them install it. I did cost comparisons for this service and they are definitely within the market norm. They installed my water heater within 2 1/2 hours. They left my house neater than it was before they came. They professionally answered all my questions and explained what they did after they were done. I ended up signing up for their annual service check up plan. The service is reasonably priced and includes the flush that I know I wouldn't do otherwise. I will hire Wisler for my future plumbing needs.
Scottie t went very well. There was an initial issue due to an error by the original installer 19 years ago, but Wisler resolved the problem to our satisfaction. They are very professional and have a real desire to do the work well. This is the third time I have had them do plumbing work for me and I will always use them in the future.
Company and employees did an excellent job in pricing and were very honest. My home had substandard plumbing that was very old and everything was fixed. Financing through the company was easy. All of the employees were easy to deal with from the office staff to the plumbers. Bottom line, Wisler plumbing can be trusted to do a quality job and be in your home
I think I have had about half of Wisler plumbing at my house to either make up for my DIY plumbing efforts or on projects lately. Would like to give a shout out to Cyndi, Mike, Mike, John, Tom, Steve, Matt and the rest. I am delighted with them for their work and for the people that they are. I have enjoyed getting to know them.
