We had the city called to check out our water line by a neighbor. The city determined there was a leak and gave us 14 days to repair it. Talk about stressful! We met with Todd to talk about our issue and estimate. He was honest and fair. He helped us apply for financing and we were approved same day. Tim, our service tech, and his team were awesome. They worked hard to have our main water line replaced under our house (bilevel home) with directional boring. From start to finish, the job took 6 hours. They called out the city to inspect the line when it was time. I appreciated that they wore boot covers when walking in and out of the house. They made sure that they left my yard and sidewalk the best that they could, they laid out seed and straw. Thank you Apex!
Very professional and informed me as to what was needed and why. He was very observant of other issues affecting the efficiency of my faucet head that was making a little noise and how the manufacturer has a lifetime replacement. Very grateful and appreciative of him going over and beyond!
The repairman arrived shortly after I called. Nate was courteous and helpful. He listened to my concerns and explained how the heater functions and why the problem I was having might have occurred. He worked quickly. My water heater is quite old and will need to be replaced. He gave me several options for replacement with the estimated costs. I was very pleased with the service and will use Apex again.
Todd was very direct with the work that needed completed; sewer reconstruction and exterior clean out installation to prevent further issues since I had a clearly ruptured sewer pipe. There were a couple surprises during the work but the crew handled them well and completed the work in a timely manner. Troubleshooting was done and further work was required but again it was handled. The crew leads Tim and Chase were professional and cared about what would work best to fix my issues. Overall good experience, would call again but hope I wont have to.

Josh Google review...Nate S. saved the day to get our hot water back online quickly. We came home from an overnight trip and found the 4 yr. old AOSmith water heater had failed and was leaking into the safety pan and floor drain. I called Apex Plumbing dispatch early on Monday to put in a request for a water heater replacement install. I had previously used Nate on my daughter's home and called him as well to see if he was available. Nate followed up with dispatch and confirmed he would be at my home by 10:00 AM. He and his tech assistant Ollie were promptly on time. In the hour before he arrived, I picked up a new water heater under a no cost warranty replacement at WinSupply of Columbus. Nate had the new water heater online by 12:30 PM. They were professional, courteous and left my home as clean as when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex for your plumbing needs.

Chris and his trainer did a great job. They both were polite and Chris explained what was going on to me. Wish pricing was a little more reasonable. Being able to get an estimate from another company for the same job and save over $2,000 is a no brainer to I’m sure anyone. Disappointed the $720 I was charged for diag wasn’t even considered when showing me a bill for $3800 which then brought the total to roughly $4500. Having another company able to complete the work for a little over $1000 raises some questions about the price difference when the parts cost roughly the same. When calling in to ask questions about pricing since my wife freaked out about it I wasn’t offered any sort of a break in price even though that was my concern, just that you offered financing and the jobs quoted are at a flat rate price. Being charged $2100 for part of the job and the actual part costs $135 raises some eyebrows.
Chris I admit that Apex was a bit pricier than the other estimates I'd been given, but they were more prompt and ready to assist with my emergency situation. Josh was very helpful, patient, and surprisingly fast at installing the new water heater and removing the old one. I was very glad to have him here.

Apex has literally been amazing. Ive used them several times now on an estate im in charge of. Every time ive contacted them they have been prompt and treated my issue like an emergency! Every plumber tgey have sent out has been great. This most current time they sent two plumbers which was awesome because they got the job done super fast. Andi and Logan were just fabulous. They went above and beyond what i paid them to do. Also thanks to SUPER DAVE for stopping by to make sure it was getting done right and afficient! They were also super attentive to the fact that i have a crazy 2 year old running around. They were super polite, on time and they cleaned up when they were done. They literally put a new roll of toilet paper on my holder. The work i had done included a new stack in the basement. Which isnt an easy task. I didnt ask them to change the drain in the tub and its so nice that they did. I recieved a new toilet as well. Seriously round of applause for apex and for Andi and Logan. I will most definetly be using them again exclisively!

Rob Adam was great. So nice and professional. We were so happy with the entire experience. We now feel like we are set with plumbers when something comes up.
Adam Logan was excellent, took the time to explain everything and was very easy to work with. The rate was VERY EXPENSIVE though. The materials cost $30 but the labor was $500 for 30 minutes, which puts the hourly rate at $1,000/hour. In hindsight, I should have agreed to an hourly rate and paid based on that instead of the entire job. Advice to those with similar projects that don't have much plumbing knowledge.

Logon was polite and friendly. He did within the time he promised. As soon as we get the stove he will install it. We are highly satisfied.
Logan Nate did a great job. I really liked the fact that even though I denied additional services he gave me recommendations on products to use for the any upcoming Jon's.

The appointment process was fine. Plumber was punctual. The price was not justified nor explained other than "we can't do 15 minutes of work for $200". The cost of the job to replace a outside hose bib (frost free outdoor hose faucet) fixture and put a shutoff valve was quoted at $521.00. This is $50 in materials and an hour or less of work. There was no issue with access to the inside or outside. The inside access is typical and in the unfinished part of the basement. I turned down the quote and have called to talk to the company management to understand how this could be this costly and have not received a call back. It seems that pricing is based on what they think you will pay based on where you live or other reasons and not the typical markup and labor model. Felt like buying a used car. Be aware and warned. The impact on me was changing my whole day around and the wasted time. Not to mention asking other plumber to not respond due to APEX appointment.
I absolutely recommend Apex Plumbing Pros. Our technician Chris was very friendly and provided quality service. He even gave my little ones these cute little teddy bears!

Marcus did a terrific job. We were having a bathroom floor redone and the contractor discovered a plumbing issue that had to be fixed first. They said to call your plumber My plumber? I dont have a plumber. So called the one I remembered with the cool logo and wrap on the trucks Ive seen around town. Apex. They came out and fixed everything and the flooring people can now finish their job. And Hey! I got a plumber now.
Josh was terrific! He explained why a new handle was needed for the toilet. Plus, he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Finally, Josh answered additional questions I had in regards to plumbing. Apex is a great company with outstanding service.
