Chris was thorough and very knowledgeable. He shared with me the inspection result and explained patiently and also gave me some practical advice. He told me that I may want to get something for water pressure, gave me the facts, the estimate but didn't pressure me to do it right there and then which is appreciated. I felt like a valued customer and not just there to upsell. Chris was also very friendly and respectful.
