No hot water and Colbie just did a simple reset on the tank. No push for parts replacement. Honest and efficient.
Friendly, on-time service as scheduled the week prior. This trip was to replace a worn-out softener, but Flow-Tech has has also replaced our furnace/AC and our water heater on separate occasions. Always great service!

Cory has been out to our house a few times. He did a great job of installing our humidifier and repairing our blower motor on our AC. He always calls when he is on his way and makes sure everything is running correctly before he leaves.
