Francisco. Was fantastic. He explained every thing he was doing to solve our heater problem. He used video pictures & came up with the dirty air filter not leting the needed air to come into our heater system. Which was causung the intermediate noises.
Andy showed up on time to clean my AC drum. He did a fantastic job. He also installed a thermostat and helped me set it up and made sure the system was working properly.
All of your technicians, Mark and his partner were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner. Anthony explained the system and how it worked and the best option for us and we felt no pressure to purchase. We would recommend Sierra to anybody who needed work done.

Have been on SAM since 2017. Excellent service! Peace of mind to have technicians come out twice a year for summer and winter maintenances. Most of Sierra techs are trust-worthy giving good suggestions professionally. A shoutout to Migual, Luke and Jordan.
As usual, Sierra is on time and fair with their service prices. I wanted to make an addition to my review. Yesterday, AC Tech Josue and Plumber Ruben visited my home and they where phenomenal. Sierra is just a superior service provider. They are honest, punctual, and knowledgeable.
Service Technician was timely, friendly and efficient. Ulisis was very amiable and patient with my barking dog. He explained what he was doing and he took care to wear his mask and booties in the house.
I have found that this is one of the best air conditioning and water heater companys in this area the service technicians are clean and tidy with everything they do. Darryl Olson did a great job on my water heater and the ones that put in my air conditioner were just as great. If you have a Costco card and you get something at Sierra Air you can get a cash card from Costco for up to 15%. For me that was over $15000

Josue was amazing! He came out to my house within five minutes and fixed our AC within an hour. He was amazing at explaining everything ( since my husband wasnt home ) and was super friendly!

Sierra Folks! Just a note to "Thank You" for your help with our recent Air Conditioner installation! My wife and I had a ~19 year old roof-top air conditioner that we'd considered replacing before it croaked. Mainly, I'd like to highlight some of your tremendous people...who amazed us at every turn with their professionalism and just plain "goodness." - Our experience with your people started by encountering your "Sales Rep" at the Costco in Henderson. His name is Don Hrnjak. Don is a former Army veteran who served in Vietnam. His total knowledge about your systems and processes, and more importantly, his demeanor and personality are outstanding! - Shawn Brown, your "Estimator," came to our home on July 10th and explained the details of your equipment, costs and installation events. Likewise, he was exceptionally professional and a pleasure to talk with. After talking with Shawn, we were comfortably and happily "Sold"! - The "Installers," John and Dario (or his name might have been Mario) installed our new unit on July 17th. They were also very professional. They were assisted by a crane-driver named Jeff from Desert Crane, Inc. Jeff was very ingenious, and it was a blast watching him thread the A/C unit between our palm trees. - On July 24th two "Roofers" named Jorge and Jose came to repair the roof where the new A/C support structure was installed, and they too were extremely hard working and did a great job. - Two of your front-office ladies, Michala (sp?) and Tanni (sp?) called us several times to update us on the subsequent Inspection processes. Both of these ladies were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to talk to. - On September 4th your "Inspector" named Vicente came to check-out the Installation of our unit. Vicente noted (and explained very clearly) that a "7-wire-setup" had not been installed, thus the Stage 2 of our Air Conditioner was not connected nor functional. He explained that he would report this and that you would contact us to fix the issue. Again, Vicente was very, very professional and knowledgeable. Having served in the Air Force for 32 years, and having had the fortune to command many large units, I know the importance of highly trained, professional and personable troops. Obviously, your Company is led by and populated with people! My wife and I would like to thank you again for your help with our Air Conditioner, and we will heartily recommend your Company to everyone we know! Cheers! L.D.
Ulisis was our man! He took photos of the problems to present his findings. He was not "pushy" and only made suggestions. He worked quickly and effectxonately. He has a good professional demeanor and I would recommend him to anyone.
July 11, 2019, A/C was out, 109 outside, 88 inside, called to schedule an appointment, arrived within 3 hours, checked out the system, repaired what need repaired, awesome service, would recommend the company. Tyler and Paul were awesome. Ask for them. Lou T & Brad T
I've been using Sierra A/C for normal PM for 12 years now and will not change! Today, Tyler Collins showed up (early, may I add!). He was totally professional, courteous, and took his time explaining everything that he did. He also KNEW what he was doing. I would recommend him to others in a heartbeat and will continue using with him in the future as well!
I have used Sierra for five years and find them to be consistently reliable. In addition, they go out of their way to help in a crisis or emergency. In fact, we have had occasion to call them twice in the past few weeks. Both times the service person was Jonathan, and he was so very nice and efficient. Good customer service, competence, and efficiency earn Sierra high praise and I would recommend them highly.
Hilary got back to me in a few hours after I left email request for AC summer maintenance appointment. She quickly got me setup for the appointment and worked with my schedule.
The best customer service in the valley. Sierra employees are professional and well organized. Highly recommend them. John T. completed a spring service call on the Lennox air conditioner and furnace we bought from them a few years ago. Everything checked out great and we will continue to do business with them.
Tyler was extremely professional and thorough completing the spring servicing of my HVAC system. He arrived promptly, got right to work, and completed his tasks quickly and efficiently.
