All the Highroad Heating staff have been great. They care about getting your problems resolved quickly as possible. They explain what may caused the problem and what to look out for. We have been very happy with their service.

I heard of High Road from Nextdoor app and peoples favorable remarks. The next day Randy dropped by in a small timeframe bc of my work schedule and showed me my options. Hunter and his partner did the install. They are experienced and very competent technicians. Hunter reviewed the payment option I chose so I didnt have a misunderstanding in case I didnt read the fine print. Who reads the fine print? He didnt have to take that extra time but he did. The company is prompt, honest and forthright. I appreciate that. I know I saved a lot of money getting the new A/C and they sold it to me at a very competitive price since manufacturing is changing
Jack came over the same day to check out a furnace that was intermittently failing to heat. He was pleasant, professional, and really wanted to stay until he could recreate the problem. He was able to see the problem and fixed it shortly after. I would definitely recommend.

Jason was out to my house to help trouble shoot with my garage heater and old air to air exchanger. He was straight forward and honest about the issues my systems were having. He made suggestions and provided me options to consider repairing instead of replacing where possible. In addition to being right on time, (which is usually never the case when working with those in the trades), I knew I was working with an experienced professional who was treating me like a friend, not another homeowner that he could upsell something to. In addition to Jason, Joe made scheduling my appointment a priority and not just another time slot to fill. Lastly, as a business owner myself, I have nothing but appreciation for Robin Johnson. Hunter is a very good and respectful technician. He (along with Jack) made an emergency service call to make adjustments to my new furnace. Hunter was able to articulate exactly what he felt the issue was and made the necessary adjustments. Very prompt and professional!
