This is the second time we’ve used Jacob for our electrical needs- the first time was for a significant repair and the second to install a light and dimmer switches. Each time he gave us options, educated us on what he was doing, why and how to maintain, and provided quick and efficient service. Excellent customer service from the moment I called to schedule an estimate for the electrical work my husband and I needed. Really friendly, patient and thorough in explaining everything to me. The consultation and service person, Jacob, was straight forward. Also very friendly and professional. The prices are higher than I expected, but we had previously had a bad experience with another company who was a lot less expensive and we didn’t want to go through that again. I appreciate good quality customer service and this company provides it, with skilled and licensed professionals too, so it was worth the extra $ to have the job done right.

This is the second time I use the services of Xpert electric. They never disappoint. The first time I had issues with one of my light fixture . They (I dont remember their name sorry)were able to identify the problem right away and fixed it in a timely manner . The second time I needed my smoked detectors and carbomonoxide alarm to be replaced . Jacob and Henry I think came and did a great job . They were very efficient and very fast . Both time I had a great experience . Very professional, Friendly , always on time . Special mention to the receptionist . A lovely lady who put you at ease right away .also very professional . Xpert electric is now my go to company if I have an electrical problem.

I was in a total melt down due to home inspection on house I'm selling showed several electrical repairs needed. I called at least 6 other companies only to be td they were too busy.
