I've been an Air-Rite customer for 21 years now. I met our new HVAC technician Anthony Gurgone on 12/9/25 for my Silver Plan Maintenance. He was prompt with his expectation of what time he would arrive. During the maintenance inspection, he recommended 3 parts that were still working, but nearly out of live expectancy. I gladly approved him to do the replacement. My furnace is original and 21 years old. I believe the reason it's still fully functional is because of the excellent service I continue tor receive from Air Rite and their quality technicians. Thank you Anthony for your great service yesterday. An excellent technician and very friendly. I'll be requesting Anthony whenever I request Air Rite service.

Bruce had come by to provide me an estimate to replace the water heater flue. He did a great job explaining why I also needed a chimney liner, which I had suspected. He gave me an estimate for the work, which was significantly better than one I received from another company. And he set up the appointment for the work. The guys that did the work came promptly. I dealt with Andy who was very professional and courteous. The work was done in a couple of hours and looked good. Would definitely recommend them.

Terry Did a good job with annual maintenance. Was more expensive than other services but did an in depth job cleaning and servicing the unit.

Terry It is on a maintenance contract. It is $600 for the full maintenance period for a full year. They are pretty good. For quality, we haven't had any issues. They are very responsive. They are always ion time. They do what they say they do at the price they quote you. They deliver on what they promise.
